Scott Powers makes a return to the ring.

Scott Powers defeats The Wanderer

The headblows from there last match did not effect the Wanderer the way Powers had hoped.  The Wanderer put up the challenge and Powers accepted it. Powers took it outside the ring for a while, but eventually wound up pinning the Wanderer in the middle of the ring.

Scott Powers defeats The Judge (for a third time )                     This match was the last one for a while for Scott; so he brought in his old manager Aimee Lee for support  (they changed her name for this match only; to Poison). As with any match that Nelson arranged, there was controversy. But, in the end Powers came out as the victor.

A rematch with the Wanderer vs Scott Powers; Scott Powers defeats  the Wanderer for the 100th time.  Scott took it outside the ring this time in an effort to knock some since into the wander. Did it work? time will tell.

Scott Powers defeats "Flyin'"Paul Harley and keep his title This match was one that Paul Harley had asked for back when Scott first appeared on the scene in NWA Ohio.

Scott had 2 matches this evening.  In the first match, The Wanderer came out to accept the challenge issued by Zero Tolerance leader, Dave Nelson. Scott defeated the Wanderer. The match left The Wanderer laying in a pool of his own blood as he was busted open when his head struck the ring pole.

In the second match, it was Scott Powers versus the Judge. Scott defeated the Judge. The fight went out of the ring to the floor and out into the top of the bleachers. The Judge came close to pinning Powers on 2 occassions, but fell short when Powers manager The American Outlaw intervened and assisted Powers in reaching the ropes. It would appear, that as long as Powers has Zero Tolerance behind him, he may never loose the United States Title.

Scott Powers defeated the Juggulator, in one of the best matches of Powers career.  Bothe of these guys took it to the limit and we will hopefully see them in a rematch in the future. For now Scott remains the U.S. Champion.

Scott Powers, the U.S. Champion, beat the Wanderer to retain his title

  • APRIL 16, 2005

Scott Powers beats wrestling legend The Outlaw  (Billy Gunn) to retain his U.S. Heavyweight Championship Title.   A gruesome matcth that nearly ended Powers career, when The Outlaw split Powers scalp open.  Blood was everywhere, Scott impressed the crowd by coming back to powerslam The Outlaw. The Outlaw's victory was thwarted by interference from his old tag team partner B G James (Road Dogg, Jesse James)!
